What OnCue collects

OnCue is an on-device app. All reminders, location triggers, and usage history live exclusively in your device’s local storage (Room database). We do not operate servers that receive, log, or store this data.

What OnCue does not collect

  • Your name, email, phone number, or any account information.
  • Your contacts, photos, or unrelated device data.
  • Telemetry, analytics, or crash reports without explicit opt-in.
  • Location data in any form we can access — geofence checks happen on-device and never leave it.

Permissions we request

  • Fine / coarse location — used only to check local geofences. OnCue holds no network permission for location data.
  • Notifications — to surface cues. Disabled by default.
  • Foreground service — to allow cue checks under Doze mode.

Third parties

OnCue does not use third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising, or tracking libraries.

Your rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is no data to access, export, or delete. Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently.
